Investment Protection for Video, Control, Lighting, Intercom Paging and Sound Reinforcement Systems

• COMPLETE SYSTEM FUNCTION TEST
Testing for normal function of all head-end and user interface equipment, all field devices. Testing for correct signal level to/from all field devices (if applicable). Documentation of all services performed as well as any recommendations for service outside the scope of preventative maintenance.

• REPLACEMENT INTERCONNECTS
Warranty replacement with professional quality cables of any damaged or non-functioning interconnects up to six feet long (includes only interconnects labeled during initial program maintenance). Interconnects are the short cables from a user device to a wall plate or other local device that inputs audio and video into the AV system.

• VIDEO SYSTEM CALIBRATION
Perform EDID resolution and HDCP encrypted video display tests throughout system to ensure all video sources reach their destinations. Check filter and lamp life on projectors and advise an estimated replacement timeline. Test for burned out diodes in LED/pixel walls. Check video wall panel alignment.

 

• SOFTWARE AND FIRMWARE UPDATES
Confirming that all existing programming (if applicable) is correct.

• SERVICE CALLS
Clients under program maintenance/service agreement receive service priority over clients
not covered by a service agreement.

• STAFF TRAINING
Annual training session for personnel and/or volunteers is included.

• BIANNUAL PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE VISITS
Cleaning and dust removal of all rack, control booth and lectern equipment. Interior cleaning of head-end equipment as needed to ensure reliable operation. Includes cleaning of filters and lenses, and checking of projector lamp hours. Includes minor repairs (parts not included).
